What are the contractually required notification period for the County or the cloud vendor <br />for termination of the cloud services? <br />Our standard contract states that you may cancel anytime, and you will still have access <br />to the app through to the end of your billing cycle. <br /> <br />19. Describe how the County’s data will be stored, managed and archived. <br />VetPro secures all data in transit and at rest. We use AES 256 encryption for stored data. <br />Uploaded files are virus scanned and then stored using this encryption. AWS hardware <br />security modules, used by VetPro, have been validated under FIPS 140-2. <br /> <br />20. Will the County’s data be stored and managed on a storage system with other data? <br />Yes <br /> <br />If Yes, Explain: Each county’s data is stored separately in its own database. All uploaded <br />documents are also stored separate from other counties in a dedicated location in the <br />cloud. <br /> <br />21.
