11) Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, including <br />non-discrimination laws as maybe applicable in fulfilling this agreement, <br />B. This agreement shall exist and continue from July 1, 2004 through and <br />including June .30, 2005, unless sooner termination as provided for <br />herein.
