Severability <br /> <br />If any provision of this Agreement is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or <br />unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. <br /> <br />17. Force Majeure <br /> <br />Except for the obligation to make payments, where a party cannot perform due to strike, fire, war, riot, <br />flood, earthquake, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, failure of suppliers, act of God or any other <br />reason beyond the control of the non-performing party, it will be excused for a commercially reasonable <br />period of time. <br /> <br />18. Entire Agreement <br /> <br />This is the full and final Agreement between the Parties as it relates to the subject matter in it. The <br />Agreement is fully integrated and supersedes all previously related agreements or representations, oral or <br />written.
