Current NFPA 72 Chapter 14 Requires <br />routine inspections and testing Annually, Semi Annually, Quarterly, and Monthly. <br />Only AnnualInspections are included with this estimate unless otherwise stated <br />below. Engineered Fire Suppression System Inspection Impact Fire Services <br />proposes to perform the semi-annual maintenance and inspections of the special <br />hazard/ clean agent firesuppression system. Certified technicians will conduct a full <br />semi-annual maintenance examination of the fire suppression system inaccordance <br />with NFPA and the manufacturer's guidelines including the following steps: - <br />Verification of the design and coverage of the system -Appropriateness and <br />condition of the hazard area, duct and plenum nozzles, link line, and detectors - <br />Functionality and accessibility of actuators and control components and remote pull <br />station -Examine the condition of pressurized and non-pressurized tanks and verify <br />test dates for cylinders and regulator -Verify tightness of piping and functionality of <br />all electrical interlocks -A functional test of the connection to the building alarm <br />functions will be conducted. The client will be responsible for restoring the fire <br />alarm system to normal monitoring once the inspection is completed. The client <br />mustprovide staff available at the time of inspection to access the alarm panel and <br />call monitoring services to have the fire alarm put into testmode during this test. <br />Shutdown fees of any type are not included with this proposal. We will notify the <br />client's staff once the inspectionand testing are completed. All of these functions are <br />performed during normal work hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm <br />(excludingholidays) unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. <br />ii)By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br />qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br />required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br />timely manner. <br />iii) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br />iv)The services to be performed under this Agreement consist of Basic Services, as <br />described and designated in Section 3 hereof.
