Only Annual <br />Inspections are included with this estimate unless otherwise stated below. <br />Engineered Fire Suppression System Inspection <br />Impact Fire Services proposes to perform the semi-annual maintenance and inspections of the special hazard/ clean agent fire <br />suppression system. Certified technicians will conduct a full semi-annual maintenance examination of the fire suppression system in <br />accordance with NFPA and the manufacturer's guidelines including the following steps: <br />-Verification of the design and coverage of the system <br />-Appropriateness and condition of the hazard area, duct and plenum nozzles, link line, and detectors <br />-Functionality and accessibility of actuators and control components and remote pull station <br />-Examine the condition of pressurized and non-pressurized tanks and verify test dates for cylinders and regulator <br />-Verify tightness of piping and functionality of all electrical interlocks <br />-A functional test of the connection to the building alarm functions will be conducted. <br />The client will be responsible for restoring the fire alarm system to normal monitoring once the inspection is completed. The client must <br />provide staff available at the time of inspection to access the alarm panel and call monitoring services to have the fire alarm put into test <br />mode during this test. Shutdown fees of any type are not included with this proposal.
