Orange County Architectural Renovations Smith Sinnett / 2023036 <br />Hillsborough, NC Orange County Asset Management Services <br />ALLOWANCES 01 21 00 - 4 <br />Allowance No. Up/A-2; Flashing Repair/Repointing Above Cornice: <br />Allow an amount per linear foot to repair flashing and or repoint brick above the metal cornice of the Whitted Building. <br /> Quantity: 100 LF <br /> <br />Allowance No. A-3; General Contingency Cedar Grove Community Center: <br />Contingency allowance shall be provided as follows and the price shall be adjusted based on the actual cost of subcontracts, <br />materials, and labor, excluding overhead and profit. Allowances for overhead and profit shall be provided within the <br />contract price.
