The Arts Commission recommends Ms. Flynt Burton <br />to fill this slot. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Board will consider making one appointment to the Arts <br />Commission to fill the unexpired term of David O'Dell, whose term expires March 31, 2005.
