In the strategic plan, our department was rated the worst in the whole 1379 county, which stung. Because we do try to do good work and we do try to work on behalf of 1380 permitees and on behalf of the public. We try to be honest with everyone and even if we're going 1381 to tell them information they don't like, that's our job is to be as frank as we can be.
