Approved 5.7.25
Venkat Yendapalli: I just have one quick question.About the impervious surface. Did you get chance to work with the
Planning team and also the Environmental Health team to see the amount of impervious surface
you're creating with all the structures? Is it permitted with 11 point something acres you are asking
for rezoning or you're using the overall parcel to get the impervious surface limit?

Justin Chandler: Correct. And we're going to borrow from the other existing parcel, and that will be recorded in the
deed, or recorded once the subdivision is recorded as well.

Venkat Yendapalli: Okay. Good deal. Thank you.

Ashley Moncado: Just to add,the impervious surface transfer, I think you'll be working with our erosion control
stormwater and county engineer. They'll be working with the erosion control plan, storm water
plan, and then impervious surface transfer is something that staff would be reviewing before it's
recorded.

Venkat Yendapalli: Okay. Thank you.

Lamar Proctor: Mr. Chandler, thank you for your time.

Justin Chandler: Thank you.

Beth Bronson: You got two more.

Steve Kaufmann: I don't have any questions. But I've been listening, and it sounds like, sounds like a worthwhile
project. Sounds like you're very integrated into the community so I wish you luck with it.

Justin Chandler: Thank you, sir.

Elizabeth Kalies: Same, no comments.

Justin Chandler: Thank you.

Lamar Proctor: All right, any discussion? And there's no public comments signed up for this, right? No? All right.
Any discussion?

Beth Bronson: Just to clarify the impervious surface, because it's going to be an easement into the existing 80
acres, because this gets back to that original discussion of the 11 acres is going to be completely
subdivided off of the 80 acres.

Ashley Moncado: Correct. He will be subdividing and following that action is where the applicant will be coming back
and under impervious surfaces, it's a form that's on our website. You fill out, and like I said, staff
reviews it,works with them. Since he will be having erosion control and stormwater plans, making
sure everything goes together and everything checks out, our county engineer works with
applicants through that process, and then it's a document that's recorded with the impervious
surface transfer between these two parcels. It's a recorded document.

Beth Bronson: And this is all to say that it has already been calculated that there is enough land available.

Ashley Moncado: I would imagine yes.The erosion control plans, and storm water plans have been submitted and
these calculations have been completed by the applicant and are under review. The erosion
control plans are a separate review process that is not part of the conditional rezoning application.

Beth Bronson: So,theoretically the size of this project could change? If it doesn't meet the impervious surface?
