Approved 5.7.25

Meg Millard: The one connection is the impervious surface transfer?

Cy Stober: Yes, but that's a civil matter between property owners, and we do administer that, and we provide
it as an option, but ultimately it does need to be recorded as an obligation between two property
owners in this case, or between properties and that, essentially it would function similar to a
conservation easement that that area would be dedicated for non-development because it is
serving as the impervious transfer.

Whitney Watson: I also found that there were some places where the paving for the storage facility wasn't clear.
There are some places where it says it all needs to be asphalt, and some in your application, talk
about number, Size 57 washed stone. So, I'm wondering if that's just an oversight in a
documentation.

Ashley Moncado: The UDO requires parking to be paved, but the applicant has issued a condition to allow for that
not to be the situation, and that's where the 57 stone has been proposed. As a condition,we will
require the access ways connecting to NC-57 to be paved.

Whitney Watson: Right.

Whitney Watson: Okay. And last question has to do with the sizing for the septic system. I think you proposed
perhaps as many as 20 people working there part time.

Justin Chandler: No, it will be a single employee.

Whitney Watson: Okay, you might want to look at the application, because it clearly says you expect as many as 20
people there. For when they did the environmental health calculations it was based on 20.

Justin Chandler: I think that that's in regard to a minimum. So, in the site plan in the notes, I don't have it right in
front of me, but in the note section on general notes, it speaks to the employee and in regard to
the parking situation, specifically, and it's one employee. And then what five additional parking
spaces, or four additional parking spaces for a total of five. I think for environmental health
concerns, or environmental health calculations, it's kind of similar to traffic where there's a
minimum required proposed. Even if the anecdotal side of it,there's,five people going in and out
a day, there's a minimum per building and what not. I think it's along those lines for that. So, the
existing septic on the facility has been approved for over 400 people.400 spectators for that
facility.

Beth Bronson: The existing one?

Justin Chandler: The existing one.

Whitney Watson: Okay.

Beth Bronson: It is not currently on the parcel under review, but you would potentially use.

Justin Chandler: Correct.

Beth Bronson: If it wasn't irreparable?

Justin Chandler: Correct. That portion of it has been maintained around that track.

Beth Bronson: It's technically already there.
