It looks like there's a road that runs <br /> 554 through the property to a structure off to the north. What is the structure to the north of the <br /> 555 property line, and will that road be continued, will they have continued easement through there? <br /> 556 <br /> 557 Justin Chandler: In regard to this structure that you're mentioning?These are old houses. I mean they've probably <br /> 558 been there from the 1800's. Most of them are dilapidated and falling down, but they cut hay in <br /> 559 that. They'll continue to have access to it, as it stands, and that road will stay in place because <br /> 560 there's, again that is the same access to the single-family residence there. <br /> 561 <br /> 562 Whitney Watson: So, does that access for cutting hay or agricultural purposes, does that need to be somehow put <br /> 563 into the conditions for this change? <br /> 564 <br /> 565 Ashley Moncado: That part of the property is not part of this rezoning request. I might have to refer to either Cy or <br /> 566 Pat, but it's not part of it,we're focusing on the 11.22 acres that's going through the rezoning. <br /> 567 <br /> 568 Whitney Watson: That's just the storage facility area, right? <br /> 569 <br /> 570 Ashley Moncado: Yes. <br /> 571 <br /> 572 Whitney Watson: Okay. So,the balance will then remain zoned as AR? <br /> 573 <br /> 574 Ashley Moncado: Correct. <br /> 575 <br /> 576 Whitney Watson: Okay. <br /> 577 <br /> 578 Ashley Moncado: And whether there are recorded documents or recorded easements or plats that have the access <br /> 579 documented, again,when he comes to the subdivision review process,the surveyor putting the <br /> 580 plat together would have those items highlighted and documented on the plat to make sure that <br /> 581 the easement and the access is still legally there for them. <br /> 582 <br /> 583 Whitney Watson: Okay. <br /> 584 <br /> 585 Cy Stober: I just want to be clear that, I hope I'm not muddying the waters, but what the board is being asked <br /> 586 to review is enabling split-zoning on a single property. There is a proposed subdivision of the <br /> 587 property, but that is not part of the discussion tonight, but the split zoning would distinctly separate <br /> 588 the storage use from the pre-existing residential and as Justin mentioned some kind of light <br /> 589 agricultural uses in that area. <br /> 590 <br /> 591 Beth Bronson: Any future use for the other one? <br /> 592 <br /> 593 Cy Stober: Yeah, there is no action being taken on the larger portion of the property,just that 11 acres. <br /> 594 <br /> 595 Lamar Proctor: Just following up with that.
