Proposed Access and Transportation Network Improvements <br />The applicant proposes the construction of two public roads, consisting of 50 ft. rights-of-way and 20 ft. <br />travel ways, to be accepted for maintenance by NCDOT. These roadways will end in cul-de-sacs and feed <br />into three privately maintained roads, consisting of 30 ft. rights-of-way and 18 ft. travel ways.
