July 23, 2025 <br /> <br />Rigsbee Rezoning Application <br />Case #: MA25-0002 <br />PIN: 9749-42-2010 <br />3531 NC Highway 54 W, Chapel Hill <br /> <br />Re: Development Advisory Committee Report (per UDO Section 1.9.5) <br /> <br />On March 6, 2025, the Orange County Development Advisory Committee met for a final review <br />and discussion of the conditional rezoning application Case #MA25-0002 from Forestar Group, <br />Inc. for PIN 9749-42-2010. <br /> <br />The Orange County Development Advisory Committee has no objections to the approval of the <br />zoning atlas amendment so long as the items in the attached departmental memos are <br />addressed.
