Attachment C

Based on the Neighborhood Information Meeting feedback, the following changes were
addressed on the plans or in process of being conducted:

➢ We have engaged a hydrogeologist with Spangler Environmental to study further water
availability and existing and future demand in the area.
➢ Our traffic engineer, Josh Reinke, PE with Bolton & Menk, prepared a Trip Generation
letter. NCDOT will review the study and determine if any road improvements, such as
turn lanes, are necessary as we move forward to subdivision plat. It should be noted that
NCDOT has received the Trip Generation Letter and a copy has been provided to
Orange County Planning Department.
➢ Our team is deeply focused on delivering a community that blends well with the rural and
natural characteristics of the region. We prepared and shared illustrations and
schematics of the proposed community prepared by Rachel Cotter RLA, Nicole Steele
PLA, Allison Gramolini RLA, CPSI, with Weston & Sampson Design Studio to specifically
show our desire to maintain the historic, natural environment and the overall rural
characteristic of the area.
➢ Danielle Cabral, EI and Don Sever, PE with Bowman Engineering will continue to
develop a stormwater design in accordance with County and State regulations.
➢ Forestar is reaching out to neighbors individually to address unique concerns raised in
the meeting.
117
