The applicant <br />is requesting a rezoning of the +/- 61.11 acre property to R-CD. The applicant has <br />provided a site-specific plan and conditions for the proposed single-family development. <br />What is this meeting for? <br />The Planning Board meeting is a required step for a Conditional Rezoning application. <br />The Planning Board meeting must take place before the project proceeds to the BOCC <br />for public hearing and decision. The Planning Board makes a recommendation to the <br />Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). The Planning Board must recommend one of <br />the following four actions at their meeting, 1) Approval, 2) Denial, 3) Approval, but with <br />specified changes, or 4) that the Planning Board be given extended time to consider the <br />matter. <br />102
