In accordance with Section 2.9.1(F), Approval and Conditions, the applicant has submitted <br />conditions which are to be reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners for a determination as <br />to whether such conditions will afford protection of the public health, safety, and general welfare. <br /> “Dwelling, Single-Family” is defined as Use #42 in the Table of Permitted Uses and within Article <br />10, Definitions of the UDO as: <br /> “A detached building containing one dwelling unit.” <br /> Section 5.2, Table of Permitted Uses of the UDO identifies “Dwelling, Single-Family” as a <br />permitted use within the NR-CD zoning district. <br /> 2. Staff review of the application included considerations for how the request relates to the Orange <br />County 2030 Comprehensive Plan. This staff analysis found in the Statement of Consistency <br />(Attachment 6) outlines elements of the Plan which staff identified as relevant to the consideration <br />of this request. <br /> 3. The requested zoning district, R-CD (Residential - Conditional District), is consistent with the 2030 <br />Comprehensive Plan, Appendix F, Relationships Between Land Use Classifications and Zoning <br />Districts. <br /> <br />101
