The back of the lot <br /> floods and there is a stream with buffers. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • The subject property is located at 2110 Carl Durham Rd in Chapel Hill. A site visit was <br /> conducted on 6/20/2025. The mobile home located on the property was uninhabited at the time <br /> of inspection. The metal shed was in poor condition, and a stream bordered the rear of the <br /> parcel.
