8 <br />Orange County <br />County Manager’s Office <br />300 West Tryon Street <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />4.4 PROVIDER EXPERIENCE <br />In its Proposal, Provider shall demonstrate experience managing other public recreational facilities of similar <br />or greater size and complexity to the Orange County Sportsplex. Provider shall provide information as to <br />the qualifications and experience of all executive, managerial, legal, and professional personnel to be <br />assigned to this project, including resumes citing experience with similar projects and the responsibilities <br />to be assigned to each person. <br />4.5 REFERENCES <br />Providers shall provide at least three (3) references for which your organization has provided services of <br />similar size and scope to that proposed herein. Orange County may contact these users to determine if <br />the services provided are substantially similar in scope to those proposed herein and Provider’s <br />performance has been satisfactory. The information obtained may be considered in the evaluation of the <br />proposal. <br />COMPANY NAME CONTACT NAME TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />4.6 PERSONNEL <br />a)Provider will identify a full-time on-site General Manager and other Management-Level Employees. The <br />General Manager will have general supervisory responsibility of the Facility and will be responsible for <br />day-to-day operations of the Facility, supervision of employees, and management and coordination of <br />all activities associated with events taking place at the Facility. <br />4.7 PROVIDER’S REPRESENTATIONS <br />a. Provider warrants that qualified personnel shall provide services under this Contract in a professional <br />manner. “Professional manner” means that the personnel performing the services will possess the skill <br />and competence consistent with the prevailing business standards in the industry. Provider agrees <br />that it will not enter any agreement with a third party that may abridge any rights of Orange County <br />under this Contract. Provider will serve as the prime contractor under this Contract and shall be <br />responsible for the performance and payment of all subcontractor(s) that may be approved by the <br />County. Names of any third party Providers or subcontractors of Provider may appear for purposes of <br />convenience in Contract documents; and shall not limit Provider’s obligations hereunder.
