Snackbar Closing Checklist <br />o Wipe down all surfaces <br />o Sweep floors behind snackbar and in front of snackbar area <br />o Mop behind snackbar <br />o Make sure all trash is taken out, floors are swept and mopped in rooms <br />used for birthday parties <br />o SUNDAYS: Sweep and mop the whole big group ex room and vacuum the <br />multipurpose room <br />o Throw away any old coffee filters <br />o Take out all trash (to dumpster out back) and replace trash bags <br />o Empty out the popcorn machine and wipe it down <br />o Keep all vending machines fully stocked (Sunday shifts should especially <br />make sure to have vending fully stocked to last most of the week) <br />o Cash drawer has been counted and drop has been made <br />o Cash box has been physically handed to a front desk staff member to put in <br />the safe (do NOT leave the cash box out on the counter) <br />o All signs for party rooms have been taken down and put away <br />o All food, drinks, hot drink prep, cups, napkins, and coffee products are fully <br />stocked <br />o Ice bind is full <br />o FOR SUMMER: Friday night shift will be taking down all the tables and <br />chairs in the multipurpose room so that classes and parties can use it <br />Saturday morning. Sunday afternoon shift will be in charge of putting all the <br />tables and chairs back up (pictures of the room set-up can be found in the <br />black snackbar binder). <br />o All staff working, initial the bottom of the sheet once all tasks are <br />completed.
