In-Service Training: <br />Regular In-Service training will be held approximately 4-10 times per year, or as needed, and will be <br />scheduled by the Aquatics Manager to ensure all staff stay familiar with rescue skills and stay up to <br />date on relevant policies and procedures. <br />Attendance at all in-service training courses is mandatory for all staff. All staff will be given 2 <br />unexcused absence per year. All absences must be approved by the Aquatics Manager.
