- Meet EMS at the main entrance. - Clear area of bystanders. - Record time, location, witnesses. <br />• Post-Incident: - Complete Incident Report within 24 hours. - Notify Ice Rink Manager and HR. <br />7.2 Ice-Related Injury or Fall <br />• Secure scene; stop activity. <br />• Assess for spinal or head injury (do not move unless necessary). <br />• Notify Ice Rink Manager immediately. <br />• Use spine board and call EMS if needed. <br />7.3 Fire or Explosion <br />• Activate fire alarm and evacuate. <br />• Call 911 and report fire type and location. <br />• Evacuate to designated assembly point in front parking lot. <br />• Do not use elevators.
