<br />Cancel exciting membership in EZ <br />THE LAST STEP IS TO CANCEL THEIR <br />MEMBERSHIP IN EZ. To do this, <br />make sure you set it up to cancel <br />before their next payment date. It is <br />okay if it stays active past today’s <br />date (if needed for any reason), but <br />you have to make sure that you set <br />it up to cancel BEFORE their next <br />due date so they don’t get charged <br />in both DASH and EZ. <br /> <br />Double check that they no longer <br />have any open invoices under their <br />billing tab. <br /> <br /> <br />Encourage them to add their children online at home. You can do that for them and add them to family <br />memberships if you have time or have them use the laptop to set them up and add them to the family <br />membership after that. If they go home to add their children, just tell them to stop by again if they need <br />them to be added to their membership. If they show up in the customer (middle) info section under <br />their name as a “Partner” or “Child”, it does not necessarily mean they are on the membership. That <br />has to be done underneath the Membership section in the right-hand column. MAKE SURE YOU ONLY <br />ADD FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE ON THEIR MEMBERSHIP IN EZ into DASH. If they are trying to add <br />children that are not listed in EZ, please talk to Andrew or leave him a note. <br /> <br />PIF MEMBERSHIP <br />If the member wants to pay for the entire year at <br />once, click on renew membership 11 times which will <br />create multiple invoices. Their amount due should add <br />up to the amount of an annual paid in full <br />membership.
