Make sure they have payment information stored in DASH. They can supply that for you or you can take <br />their payment information from EZ and stick it in DASH for them. Do not assume they will do it <br />themselves at home or come back!! THIS IS <br />EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AS WELL SO THAT WE <br />DO NOT HAVE A BUNCH OF MEMBERSHIPS THAT <br />DO NOT AUTO-RENEW. To do this, scroll to the <br />bottom of their Dash profile and you will see a <br />section that says “ADD PAYMENT <br />INFORMATION”. They can do Credit Card or <br />ACH. If they can’t set this up, delete the <br />membership in DASH and they will have to come <br />back. Get in the habit of asking/checking for this <br />before starting the process. <br />Set the “Billing Day” to the closest day coming <br />after the expiration date. Example: expires on <br />8/22, use the “25th”. <br />Set “Credit Limit” to 1000.00 <br /> <br />Profile Picture and Key Fob <br />Next, you will want to take their picture by using the laptop. In <br />DASH, click the photo spot in the top left-hand corner and let <br />them use the laptop camera to take their picture by clicking <br />“CAPTURE”. <br />Give them their new DASH <br />scan-in tag. Go down to “Card <br />ID” on the customer profile <br />and scan the corresponding <br />white tag. The old tags from <br />EZ will not work in DASH. <br />Click “Save” before you give it <br />to them.
