<br />The policies, practices, procedures, and benefits of the Orange County SportsPlex and
<br />Recreation Factory Partners, Inc, including those stated in this handbook are subject to change or
<br />cancellation at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of management. Application of
<br />policies may also vary based on the circumstances. Formal documents, such as plans,
<br />procedures, policy statements, insurances policies, and trust agreements, set forth the eligibility,
<br />participation, coverage, benefits, limitations, exclusions, and other requirements that govern each
<br />plan, procedure, and policy. The actual plan documents control the benefits and procedures
<br />available to you. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this handbook and the
<br />plan documents, summary plan descriptions, insurance policies or trust agreements, the terms of
<br />the plan documents, summary plan descriptions, insurance policies or trust agreements will
<br />govern. This handbook is only intended as a general guide to our policies, procedures, and
<br />benefits.

<br />benefits both in this employee handbook and in the formal documents, is final and binding.
