RECORDATION Upon the request of either party, the other party will in <br />good faith cooperate in the preparation and execution of a recordable short form lease. <br />Tenant shall in no event record this lease, whether in full or in part. <br />18.3. BROKERS Except as may otherwise be expressly agreed in writing by <br />Landlord, Tenant represents and warrants that there are no claims for brokerage <br />commissions or finder's fees in connection with the execution of this lease and agrees <br />to indemnify Landlord against and hold it harmless from all liabilities arising from any <br />such claim, including cost of counsel. <br />18.4. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS The covenants and agreements herein contained <br />are binding on the parties hereto, their successors, assigns, and legal representatives. <br />This lease embodies all of the understandings and agreements of the parties, and the <br />terms hereof shall not be changed or varied except by written instrument signed by <br />both parties. <br />18.5. SIGNAGE.
