ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement, effective 12:01 A.M. 04/01/2020 forms a part of <br />policy No. CA 448-97-03 issued to Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. <br />by NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH, PA <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY.
