ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement,effective 12:01 A.M. forms a part of <br />policy No. CA 448-97-03 issued to Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. <br />byNATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH, PA <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY.
