4 <br />4, provide enhanced armexation notification procedures when the city annexes <br />into Orange County. <br />2) B. The objectives of this cooperation are to: <br />1. Seek compatible uses of land and natural resources; <br />2. Achieve a smooth transition between areas of development within each <br />jurisdiction; <br />3. Provide an appropriate entryway into each,jurisdiction from the other; and <br />4.
