Registration with the Secretary of State for North Carolina : Any firm wishing to be considered <br />for the contract for the requested services must be properly registered with the Office of the <br />Secretary of State at the time of submission of the SOQ. <br />2. The short-listed firms, including all proposed team members, will be invited to an onsite <br />interview with the County during the second week of April 2025. <br />3.
