<br />4. Reporting <br /> <br />a. Provide a comprehensive report detailing the findings, recommendations, <br />and an implementation plan, including costs and benefits at each site, <br />prioritizing which locations are most beneficial and likely to have the best <br />return on investment. <br />b. Present the findings to the Orange County, NC staff. <br /> <br />III. RFQ Schedule of Events and SOQ: <br /> <br />Advertisement of RFQ: January 22, 2025 <br />Deadline for Questions: February 5, 2025 <br />Response to Questions February 12, 2025 <br />DUE DATE & TIME FOR SOQs February 21, 2025, 2:00 PM <br />Evaluation Meeting: Week of March 14, 2025 <br />Selection Announcement: April 28, 2025 <br /> <br />A pre-submittal meeting has not been scheduled. <br /> <br />North Carolina Public Records: <br /> <br />All SOQs received by Orange County shall be considered public information subject to <br />lawful disclosure under North Carolina Public Records Law. Any proposal material <br />deemed by the vendor to constitute either proprietary or trade secret material shall be <br />designated as such, and each page or section of a page containing such material shall <br />be marked by the vendor. In addition, it shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor to <br />demonstrate to a court of competent jurisdiction that their designation is proper. <br /> <br />Orange County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive minor <br />informalities and to make such selection deemed in its best interest. <br /> <br />Minority Bidders: Orange County encourages all businesses, including minority, and <br />women owned businesses to respond to all RFPs, ITBs, and RFQs. <br /> <br />The Provider will be required to use the County standard service contract. A sample <br />contract is included. <br /> <br /> IV. SOQs Submittal: <br />Proposers must submit one electronic SOQ to Jovana Amaro, Purchasing Agent, at <br />finance-purchasing@orangecountync.gov before the due date and time for SOQ <br />submissions. Each proposer is solely responsible for the delivery of the SOQ and <br />accepts all risks of late delivery regardless of fault. In addition, offerors accept all risks if <br />the file is corrupted, incorrect, incomplete, or not attached.
