There will be a new door opening cut into the existing hall wall <br />where a new metal frame will be installed and existing door (by owner) will be hung. <br />New glass will be installed in the door. The new wall area will be painted with new <br />rubber baseboard installed on the inside of the room! The HVAC will be moved around <br />to assure good air flow! There are several existing cabinets that will be relocated and (1) <br />14’ storage shelve that will be removed for trash.
