Yes No. If yes, the amended date of substantial completion is: <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />Full Description of Change: Rework ductwork and install new carpet for the newly installed office area. <br />Reason for Change: The ductwork was not original to be changed, however, after the walls were installed it was noted that changes had to be made to <br />rework the duct for the new wall. The new carpet is due to the existing carpet is no longer available and therefore we could not match existing.
