II. Project Feasibility (50 points total) <br />A. The applicant must submit a general land use concept plan. (10 points total) <br />B. A non-binding, but professionally competent project feasibility budget must be submitted <br />using the following worksheet. (Use current dollars, not inflation-adjusted dollars).
