5 . 2 Customer shall pay the fees for Services as specified in the table below. The total fees due and <br /> payable under this SOW ("Total Fees" ) include both fees for Lenovo ' s performance of work and <br /> any other related costs in performance of the SOW. Unless otherwise specified , the Customer <br /> will pay the fees in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the Base Agreement . Invoicing <br /> for services completed under this SOW will include the date that the service was performed , a <br /> summary of the services performed , the identification of the devices involved in the work , and <br /> the number of devices billed for each invoice . The SOW will <br /> be effective from the Effective Date through the Termination Date (the " Term " ) . The Term may <br /> extend for successive one-year terms upon agreement in writing by both Parties unless <br /> terminated in accordance with the Base Agreement .
