Orange County Arts Commission <br /> Feb 12, 2024 Minutes <br /> Attendees: John Claude Bemis, Lindsay Metivier, Linda Williamson, Sec, Crystal Wu, Vice Chair, <br /> Marc Miller, Katie Murray, Gideon Young, Krista Bremer, Windy Smith(guest), Fred Joiner,Josh <br /> Rosenstein <br /> Meeting Location: Eno Arts Mill <br /> 1. Call to Order at 6:45pm by Crystal Wu, Vice-Chair. <br /> 2. Lindsey moved to approve the January 2024 Board Minutes and Crystal seconded.All approved. <br /> 3. Board updates <br /> a. Wendy Smith—will be presented this Thursday for review/approval. Katie also <br /> announced that Wendy was named Executive Director of The ArtsCenter, which the <br /> board was very excited to hear announced. <br /> b. Board Current& Upcoming Vacancies: <br /> i. All March 15Y term board members have agreed to stay on for a second term. <br /> ii. Anita and Fred will be leaving the board since their second terms have expired. <br /> iii. Positions, 7, 12, 13 will need to be filled. Katie reviewed the list of potential <br /> applicants. Discussed liaison with Chapel Hill Arts Commission since Josh's term <br /> with that board is ending in June. A few additional names were discussed. <br /> 4. Director's Report <br /> a. Eno Mill <br /> i.
