Actions requested herein are pursuant to that statute. <br />Phillip Walker Auction Service of Hillsborough, North Carolina has agreed to conduct the sale <br />for a fee of 5%, <br />Pursuant to statute, a notice of the Auction will be published in the newspaper thirty days prior <br />to the date of the sale. In addition to the legally required advertisement, the sale will be <br />publicized as follows: <br />General advertisement in the Durham, Chapel Hill and Hillsborough newspapers. <br />Advertisements will appear in the Sunday paper one week prior to the sale and will provide a <br />complete listing of items. A reminder ad will appear in the Durham and Chapel Hill <br />Newspapers on Friday, .July 30, 2004 and Saturday July 31, 2004; and <br />• Information will be included on the County's web-site; and <br />
