zz <br />JOCCA has 5 Congregate Meal Sites located in Orange County, In 200.3, we served <br />29433 meals to 469 unduplicated participants, A site manager is located at each site <br />and is responsible for the daily operation of nutrition programs azld meals. There aze <br />also three (3) Coordinator of Services who are mainly responsible for the <br />coordination, outreach, referral, and provision of services oflow-income families <br />and individuals. These services include but are not limited to: Weatherization, <br />Emergency Assistance, Title V Older Worker's Program, and Information and <br />Referral. <br />In conclusion, JOCCA relies heavily on interagency coordination, cooperation, and <br />resource mobilization and fund leveraging. During the past year, there has been a <br />significant increase in the demand for services, especially from the "working poor". <br />In order to continue to meet this demand, JOCCA must continue its resource <br />mobilization efforts through the solicitation of funds from federal, state, local, and <br />private sources, its utilization of volunteers, and enhance fundraising efforts. <br />
