A site manager is located at each <br />site and is responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are also three <br />coordinators of services responsible for the <br />coordination, outreach, referral and provision of <br />services to low-income families and individuals. <br />These services include, but are not limited to <br />weatherization, housing rehabilitation assistance, <br />financial emergency assistance, Older Workers <br />Program, and information and referral.
