<br />1 <br />Project Organization <br />The Orange County economic development strategic planning project will be led by Crystal Morphis, CEcD. <br />Crystal will be the project contact, lead engagement and strategy development, and ultimately be responsible <br />for all deliverables. Penny Whiteheart, Senior Consultant, will be involved in engagement and strategy <br />development. Economic Leadership (Ted Abernathy and Skylar Casey) will the data analysis including cluster <br />and workforce analyses, supported by Heather Beard.
