a <br />¦ All customers, including businesses, will be treated equally when <br />related to disconnection. <br />¦ The Town no longer stays open until 6pm on the 15th of each month <br />since payment is not due until the 25th of the current month. The Town <br />will stay open until 6pm on the 25tH <br />¦ All requests for new service with the Town must provide two forms of <br />identification: driver's license and social security numbers. <br />¦ All requests for new service at a rental property must also provide a <br />copy of the lease agreement with the service address verified. All <br />rental accounts must be in the same name as the lessee. <br />¦ Leak adjustment requests are considered only after the leak has been <br />corrected and a copy of the plumber's invoice provided or receipt of <br />parts purchased to correct the leak. Only two leak adjustments are <br />permitted in a 12-month period. <br />¦ Deposits on water and sewer services are as follows: <br />? In-Town (own) $25.00 <br />? In-Town (rent) $50.00 <br />? Out-of-Town (own) $50.00 <br />?
