SCOPE OF WORK | CHAPEL HILL AND ORANGE COUNTY VISITORS BUREAU | LEISURE CAMPAIGN <br />Client Requesting Project: Chapel Hill and Orange County Visitors Bureau <br />Campaign Name: Chapel Hill Leisure Campaign <br />Date: May 15, 2025 <br />OVERVIEW <br />Chapel Hill & Orange County CVB has requested the development and execution of a digital media campaign that <br />seeks to encourage overnight visitation and day trips to the region. The media strategy that will use a blend of <br />paid search and LinkedIn. Upon signed approval of this scope of work, a media strategy will be developed for <br />approval and a list of creative, platform access and tracking needs will be provided. <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />Media Two will provide media buying services including media strategy, media buying, campaign management, <br />optimization, reporting, and analysis. <br />●Media Strategy: discovery, research, media assessment, and strategy recommendations. <br />●Media Buying: placement negotiations, contracting, and execution. <br />●Campaign Management: placement and targeting optimization, ad creative and text optimization, and ad <br />operations. <br />●Reporting & Analysis: monthly reporting and performance analysis. <br />Flight Dates: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 <br />*The proposed launch date is subject to change pending approval of media strategy and creative receipt. <br />Total Budget: $200,000.00 USD <br />Budgets are inclusive of agency and all third-party fees. Cancellations are allowed with 30 days’ written notice, <br />and while pausing and restarting campaigns is possible in the event of emergencies, it is strongly discouraged as <br />it is detrimental to campaign momentum. <br />BILLING DETAILS <br />Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Terms are net 30 and payment is required in U.S. dollars (USD). <br />For open invoices 30 days beyond terms, campaigns may be paused, pending payment receipt. Interest fees of <br />1.5% will be assessed on balances 30 days beyond terms, and monthly thereafter.
