<br />1. Unscheduled Materials
<br />For materials not listed above, that are purchased for the project by Cotton, the rate invoiced to the Customer will be the rate charged to Cotton plus 10%
<br />overhead and 10% profit.
<br />2. The foregoing prices shall be applied to all materials listed above that are utilized in the performance of the work whether shipped to the site from Cotton
<br />inventory, shipped directly to the site from Cotton's source, or purchased locally by Cotton.
<br />3. Cotton reserves the right to adjust the pricing of all materials and consumables based on inflation and market conditions.
