Scope of Work <br />Convergint is providing a proposal for the installation of 1 2N intercom solution on the <br />Magistrate lobby door. <br />Intercom master station is to reside on the magistrate office desk to control access into <br />the waiting area. <br />Convergint is to install a 9600 series strike on the existing crash bar door to restrict <br />access into the waiting area and prevent loitering. <br />Customer is to provide 110v power for the power supply for the electric strike. Intercom <br />and master station will be provided power via POE. <br />o Orange County Detention is to provide a small POE network switch in the <br />magistrate office for the intercom and master station to be connected to. <br />Programming and 1 hour of training is included within this proposal for the intercom. <br />All work is to be completed during normal business hours M-F 8a-5p. <br />Device Hardening (reduce cyber risk) <br />Convergint may provide Device Hardening services for certain qualifying and scoped <br />equipment. Services may include disabling unused & non-essential device features, <br />disabling unused network comms (e.g., services, ports), changing default passwords, <br />and updating firmware. The hardening services provided will depend on the equipment <br />being installed, equipment capabilities, and manufacturer-provided permissions and <br />recommendations. Not all equipment may receive hardening.
