(B) Review and Action (1) The Planning Director shall make a final determination on the approval or denial of the application within ten business days from the submittal of the application.6 (a) If the submitted plat meets the Expedited Review criteria of Article 7.2, the plat shall be approved and signed. The Planning Director shall notify the applicant of final plat approval or denial in writing.'
