16 <br /> 5.2 Customer shall pay the fees for Services as specified in the table below.The total fees due and <br /> payable under this SOW("Total Fees") include both fees for Lenovo's performance of work and <br /> any other related costs in performance of the SOW. Unless otherwise specified, the Customer <br /> will pay the fees in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the Base Agreement. Invoicing <br /> for services completed under this SOW will include the date that the service was performed, a <br /> summary of the services performed, the identification of the devices involved in the work, and <br /> the number of devices billed for each invoice. The SOW will <br /> be effective from the Effective Date through the Termination Date(the"Term"). The Term may <br /> extend for successive one-year terms upon agreement in writing by both Parties unless <br /> terminated in accordance with the Base Agreement.
