22 <br /> Current Work — Request to BOEP <br /> The process of requesting that the Board of Equalization and Review (BOER) <br /> direct the Tax Office to make changes to values has been conducted for one <br /> neighborhood during 2025 BOER. The request was based on an analysis of <br /> neighborhood 6306, Chestnut Oaks, and was presented at the June 12, 2025 <br /> meeting. <br /> • During property review for an appeal, the appraiser found data errors in calculations <br /> for a property used in creating the model for valuing the neighborhood. <br /> • Correcting error and updating the neighborhood analysis revealed that other <br /> properties in the neighborhood should be adjusted. <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> 20 NORTH CAROLINA <br />
