Descriptions <br /> and examples of each type of study are included in the attached presentation. <br /> Analyses are expected to be completed by July 9, 2025. Staff will review the vendor's results <br /> immediately upon receipt, with the goal of completing the review before the Board of Equalization <br /> and Review adjourns on July 31, 2025. This timeline ensures any necessary value adjustments <br /> based on the review can be presented to the Board of Equalization and Review for approval <br /> consideration.
