FY 2025 Special Section 5333 (b) Warranty 19 <br /> Project, which shall be incorporated in this arrangement only as applied to that Project, and <br /> any other appropriate action, remedy, or relief. <br /> (25) If any employer of the employees covered by this arrangement shall have rearranged or <br /> adjusted its forces in anticipation of the Project, with the effect of depriving an employee of <br /> benefits to which the employee should be entitled under this arrangement, the provisions of <br /> this arrangement shall apply to such employee as of the date when the employee was so <br /> affected. <br /> C.
