PRD is an indicator of <br /> the presence of possible issues, a signal to do further review. It does not <br /> always identify that there is an issue, or what issue needs to be addressed. <br /> Once the review has been completed based on PRD for the different <br /> categories, Tax Office will look at the neighborhoods that make up <br /> categories outside the standard range.
