Docusign Envelope ID: B576D624-E16E-4D9F-BC67-5703DE54A6F8 <br /> Orange County—Comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan Update <br /> Senior Emergency Planner, Texas GLO Hurricane Harvey Homeowner Assistance Program <br /> • Initially assigned as the Damage Assessment Lead and was responsible for three damage assessment teams <br /> (subcontractors) and over 3,000 damage assessments. <br /> • Promoted to the Deputy Program Manager, responsible for the entire program, including three Housing <br /> Assistance Centers and over 50 case managers. <br /> Manager, Restore Louisiana, Manager, State and Local Preparedness <br /> • Manager responsible for all IEM field damage assessments of applicant properties conducted in the Restore <br /> Louisiana delivery to date. <br /> Responsible for delivering over 15,000 Xactimate damage estimates with a peak staff of 150 field inspectors <br /> and managing assignments to IEM and five subcontractors using Xactanalysis. <br /> • Reduced inspector staff and resultant program cost by 50% while greatly increasing flexibility in the <br /> construction management phases of Restore Louisiana delivery. <br /> Spearheaded consolidating all Restore LA inspection functions (damage estimates, preconstruction <br /> inspections for state-managed repairs,and progress inspections for State and homeowner-managed repairs) <br /> into a single centralized inspector pool. <br /> Program Manager, State of New Jersey <br /> • Managed the State-level planning support project andtheTaskOrderforthe Exercise contract,which included <br /> revising the State EOP,supporting Hurricane Sandy response activities,drafting the State Sheltering Strategy, <br /> conducting training, and supporting several exercises, among many other preparedness activities. <br /> • Served as Program Manager for the New Jersey Non-Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) Catastrophic <br /> Planning project,which included a capabilities and gap assessment for the 14 non-UASI counties in the State. <br /> Program Manager, AMTRAK EAP, Regional Response Plan (RRP), and COOP Planning Support <br /> • Served as Program Manager for an Amtrak planning project,which included the development of a system- <br /> wide COOP planning template and RRP template, as well as developing 11 COOP plans and 11 EAPs for <br /> Amtrak's major facilities. <br /> Program Manager, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Security Strategy Update, Training & Exercise <br /> Plan, and Exercise Series <br /> • Oversaw development of Regional Transit Security Strategy(RTSS)and DART Training and Exercise Program; <br /> managed development and facilitation of four regional TTXs based on DART's EOP. <br /> Program Manager, Prince George's County, MD, EOP update, THIRA, and Exercise Series <br /> • Served as Program Managerforthe design and delivery of THIRA,two seminars,two TTXs,and one full-scale <br /> exercise.
